She brings a blend of operational leadership, legal industry insight, and cross-sector experience for navigating growth, complexity, and change. With a career spanning BigLaw, boutique firms, international practices, and in-house, she offers a strategic perspective grounded in real-world execution. Her background includes scaling revenue and profitability, managing multi-office legal teams and operational departments, leading internal audits, and implementing best practices across legal environments. Melissa has successfully directed the full scope of legal practice operations, from HR and finance to marketing and client service, earning a reputation for turning complexity into clarity.
