Lead transformative ERISA engagements as a remote Partner through expert advisory and business development. You’ll spearhead high-stakes work in a flexible, innovative setting, blending billable hours with flat-fee and contingency models. With 11 paid holidays and 15 days of PTO, you will work 1,880 hours a year (235 workdays x 8 hours a day), blended between billable and non-billable work, with a target of 1,500 billable hours.
